Payment and dispatch
The following conditions apply:
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value:
Order value up to €59.90 = €5.95
Order value from €59.91 to €99.99 = €4.95
Order value of €100.00 and above = €0.00 (free shipping)
We offer free shipping on orders over €100.00.
International Shipping:
For international deliveries, we calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross product value):
France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Spain:
Order value up to €80.00 = €13.90
Order value > €80.00 = €9.90
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Slovenia:
Order value up to €80.00 = €14.90
Order value > €80.00 = €10.90
Andorra, Iceland, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Vatican City::
Order value up to €80.00 = €15.90
Order value > €80.00 = €11.90 €
Non-EU:
Argentina, Australia, Japan, Canada, Singapore, Taiwan: Flat shipping rate of €59.90
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, domestic deliveries take 1-2 business days, and international deliveries take 3-10 days from the date of order confirmation (if prepayment is agreed upon, from the date of payment). International shipments outside the EU take 10-30 days.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or other public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery dates, we will ship them together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. The delivery date for the entire order will be that of the item with the longest delivery time.
If you choose to pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email as soon as the product is ready, along with the pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
